Village is a private space for personal reflection. We collect what we need to make it work — nothing more — and we don't sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Usage data — which sections and personas you use, session duration, and basic performance data. Used only to improve the product.
• Video and audio — your camera and microphone are used only during live video conversations. We don't record or store your video or audio unless you explicitly enable recording.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the Village experience
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send you product updates (you can opt out at any time)
• To understand how people use Village so we can make it better

Video conversations

Village's video conversations are powered by Tavus. Your conversations are processed through Tavus's infrastructure. Please review Tavus's privacy policy for details on how they handle conversation data.

We don't store the content of your conversations by default. Village is intended as a private space for personal reflection and growth.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We don't share your data with third parties except:

• Service providers — companies that help us operate Village (e.g. payment processors, infrastructure providers). They are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Children's privacy
